1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User") and BIG WIN a.s. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the bigwin-as.xyz website and the "BIG WIN a.s." mobile application (the "Game").

3. SOCIAL GAMING DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT) BIG WIN a.s. is a social casino game intended purely for entertainment purposes.
- No Real Money: No real money or anything of value can be won in this Game.
- Virtual Currency: The coins used in the Game are virtual items used for gameplay only. They cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn, or traded.
- Simulation: The gameplay (slots mechanics) simulates casino games but does not reflect actual mathematical probabilities of real money slot machines. Success in this Game does not imply success in real-money gambling.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to:

- Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or mods.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players in the game environment.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (Czech Republic), BIG WIN a.s. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Game.
8. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS The Game may be distributed through app stores (e.g., Google Play Store). You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and BIG WIN a.s. only, and not with Google or Apple. These platforms have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be instituted in a competent court in Prague, Czech Republic.
